We talk. You describe where the business is, what is working, and what is not. We listen, ask structured questions, and form a preliminary view.

Preliminary Diagnostic Framing

Based on the conversation, we share our initial read of the commercial challenge and where we believe the constraint lies.

Engagement Proposal (if appropriate)

If there is a clear fit, we present a structured engagement proposal — scope, timeline, and investment. If there is not, we tell you directly.
